Note to Gmail users: If you use Gmail to read your emails, our emails to you will go to your PROMOTIONS tab. If you want them to appear in your PRIMARY tab (that’s the one that opens when you log in to gmail) here’s what to do:

Click on your PROMOTIONS tab. Locate one of our emails and then drag it to your INBOX/PRIMARY tab. That tells Gmail that you want all future emails from us to go to your INBOX tab.
